// Overview

What is CJC-1295 no DAC?

CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29 (Mod GRF), is a synthetic analog of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It has been modified at four positions to resist enzymatic degradation while maintaining a short half-life that allows for pulsatile GH release.

Unlike its DAC-conjugated cousin, CJC-1295 no DAC has a half-life of approximately 30 minutes, meaning it produces a brief but potent GH pulse similar to natural GHRH signaling. This pulsatile pattern is considered more physiological and is preferred by many users and clinicians over the sustained elevation produced by the DAC version.

CJC-1295 no DAC is most commonly combined with a GHRP like ipamorelin (the “Ipa/Mod GRF” stack), where the GHRH analog and the ghrelin mimetic produce synergistic GH pulses 2-5 times larger than either peptide alone.

// How It Works

How CJC-1295 no DAC Works

CJC-1295 no DAC produces pulsatile GH release through GHRH receptor stimulation:

  1. GHRH receptor binding — Binds to GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs to trigger an acute GH pulse, similar to natural GHRH signaling.
  2. Four protective substitutions — Amino acid modifications at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 resist dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) degradation, extending the half-life from ~7 minutes (native GHRH) to ~30 minutes.
  3. Pulsatile release pattern — The 30-minute half-life produces a sharp GH pulse followed by return to baseline, preserving the natural pulsatile secretion pattern that maintains receptor sensitivity.
  4. GHRP synergy — When combined with a GHRP (ipamorelin, GHRP-2), the GHRH pulse amplifies the GHRP-triggered GH release by 2-5x through complementary receptor mechanisms.

Dosage Information (User-Reported)

Disclaimer: Dosage information is compiled from user reports and published research. This is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
Level Dose Frequency Duration
Standard 100 mcg 2-3x daily (AM/post-workout/before bed) 8-12 weeks
Advanced 200 mcg 2-3x daily 8-12 weeks
Saturation Dose 100 mcg (1 mcg/kg) Per injection Standard protocol

What to Expect

Week 1-2

Improved sleep quality (especially with before-bed dosing). Vivid dreams. Mild flushing or head rush post-injection.

Week 3-6

Recovery improvements. Skin quality getting better. Body composition beginning to shift. Energy more consistent.

Week 6-12

Visible anti-aging and body composition effects. Reduced body fat, improved muscle tone. Hair and nail growth.

Note

Results are amplified significantly when stacked with Ipamorelin. Solo use produces modest effects.

// Preparation

Reconstitution & Storage

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. For a 2mg vial, add 2mL BAC water for 1mg/mL (100mcg per 0.1mL).

Inject water slowly. Do not shake. Swirl gently.

Best administered on an empty stomach — food and especially fats blunt GH release. Ideal timing: before bed or post-workout.

Storage: Lyophilized: room temperature or 2-8°C. Reconstituted: 2-8°C, use within 21 days.
