CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF 1-29 (Mod GRF), is a synthetic analog of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It has been modified at four positions to resist enzymatic degradation while maintaining a short half-life that allows for pulsatile GH release.
Unlike its DAC-conjugated cousin, CJC-1295 no DAC has a half-life of approximately 30 minutes, meaning it produces a brief but potent GH pulse similar to natural GHRH signaling. This pulsatile pattern is considered more physiological and is preferred by many users and clinicians over the sustained elevation produced by the DAC version.
CJC-1295 no DAC is most commonly combined with a GHRP like ipamorelin (the “Ipa/Mod GRF” stack), where the GHRH analog and the ghrelin mimetic produce synergistic GH pulses 2-5 times larger than either peptide alone.
